Jim Weythman,
President & CTO

Jim is a visionary computer scientist with over twenty-five years of experience in building and operating real-time distributed systems. He has architected, designed and deployed large-scale mission-critical operations support systems for AT&T's Global Advanced Intelligent Network. His contributions to self-healing network management and distributed computing are legendary within Bell Laboratories.

Jim's vision is critical to IntegraSolv's successes. He charts IntegraSolv's product and technology directions, such as in applying Context Aware Computing techniques in ways that define the technology and provide a competitive advantage to our customers.

Jim served in the original Unix research organization in Bell Laboratories and has contributed to a number of modern Unix technologies. He was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and Manager who provided technical leadership and managed teams that developed several innovative large-scale systems. Jim holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

 

Arthur Frankstein,
VP Sales & Marketing

Mr. Frankstein has over 20 years of experience in applying technology to solving business problems in manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial industries. Prior to co-founding IntegraSolv, Arthur held management, technical, and consulting positions with Bell Labs, IBM, ADP, and J.P. Morgan. He is leading sales, marketing, business development, and product management at IntegraSolv.

Arthur's experience goes back to IBM where he worked on the team that implemented one of the first infrastructure management systems, MAXUM, that has become a core part of the BMC's offering.

At Bell Laboratories, Arthur was a Member of Technical Staff developing integrated provisioning, maintenance, and restoration Operations Support Systems for terrestrial and undersea networks. He was a member of the team that developed FASTAR - an award winning system that provided self-healing capabilities for AT&T's Global Advanced Intelligent Network to date unmatched in its scale and capabilities.

In financial industry, Arthur's experience includes management and architecture of high performance systems for Order Management, Reference Data Management, Clearing as well as enterprise-wide STP enablement. At IntegraSolv, over the years, he played several roles from managing professional services, to business development, to developing relationships with key IntegraSolv's customers.

Arthur's passion is finding ways for applying IntegraSolv's technology and expertise in real-time systems, resiliency and network management to exciting business problems such as RFID, Straight Through Processing, and Real-time Enterprise, and evolving and scaling IntegraSolv's business.

Arthur holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from George Washington University.

 

Mitchell Bass,
VP Engineering

Mr. Bass has over twenty years of experience building mission-critical software systems. Mitch devised the requirements, design and implementation of the real-time middleware framework that powers OWL, and provides the critical technology advantage to allows OWL to collect and publish vast quantities of business information in real-time. Mitch is the author of IntegraSolv's patent-pending 64-bit persistent cache technology.

Mitch served as a Chief Architect for AT&T's mission-critical infrastructure operations support systems. He is a world leader in the development and implementation of real-time message based architectures, which are the backbone of the Telecommunications and Financial Services industries.

Mitch manages the teams that deliver OWL to our customers. His technical know-how is critical to IntegraSolv's success in implementing breakthrough projects. He oversees and is responsible for the development IntegraSolv technology.

Mitch was a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories and a Principal Technical Staff Member at AT&T. Mitch also managed middleware development, testing and customer support at AT&T. Prior to AT&T Mr. Bass had experience in the engineering of Logistics Management and Office Automation systems. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Queens College and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

 

Nick Davidge,
Advisory Director

Nick Davidge was the CEO and founder of Davidge Data Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of S1 Corporation (NASD:SONE) – an Internet eFinance enabler located in Atlanta. Nick and his partners sold Davidge Data to S1 in April of 2000 having engineered over twenty years of entirely self-funded, profitable and consistent growth.

Nick is widely recognized for his strategic leadership and vision, promotion of corporate culture and values and ability to effect change. He provided the leadership to form a team of professionals that secured world-class financial services customers including Bank of New York, Brown Brothers, E*Trade, Fleet Financial, Goldman Sachs, International Securities Exchange, JP Morgan, Pershing and Schwab.

Nick is a trustee and member of the Executive Committee of The Connecticut Historical Society in Hartford where he chairs the Earned Income Committee, which provides guidance on licensing images in The Society's extensive collection of artifacts. He is an advisory director of Milestone Venture Partners, a venture capital firm located in New York City. Nick chairs the Financial Information Forum’s committee on Front Office Straight Through Processing.

Nick received his BA in Physics from Middlebury College in 1977. A native of Washington, DC, Nick attended the St. Alban’s and St. Paul's schools. He resides in Madison, CT with his wife and children.
